About

Lorena is a highly qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer and certified specialist in Adapting Exercise for Ante and Post Natal Clients, with several years of dedicated experience delivering both prenatal and postnatal fitness classes across corporate gyms, boutique studios, and online platforms. Having worked with over 100 clients, she is deeply experienced in supporting women through pregnancy, birth recovery, and the complex physical changes that accompany each stage.

Her specialist knowledge in pre- and postnatal exercise is complemented by additional qualifications, including a CPD in Pilates, Level 3 Ballet Fitness, and advanced training in disciplines such as Barre, Zumba, and dance. This diverse movement background gives Lorena a comprehensive understanding of core stability, alignment, pelvic health, and functional movement—skills essential for creating safe and effective exercise programmes for pregnant and postnatal women.

Lorena also holds a Diploma in Mental Health for Sport & Physical Activity, enabling her to provide holistic, emotionally informed support to her clients at a sensitive and often challenging stage in life.

Across her career, Lorena has instructed for well-known providers such as PureGym, Nuffield Health, TLAD, CHALK W1, and Kore Gallery, teaching Pilates, Reformer Pilates, HIIT, Barre, LBT and more. Her ability to adapt exercise programming to individual needs makes her a trusted coach for women seeking safe guidance throughout their maternal journey.

Deeply passionate about female empowerment, Lorena has also created a supportive platform focused on confidence, body positivity, and helping women feel strong, capable, and informed.

With her specialist qualifications, years of practical experience, and a mission to elevate women's wellbeing, Lorena is exceptionally well-placed to author a comprehensive, credible, and evidence-based course on prenatal and postnatal exercise.
